2. Professional Services & Scope

CraftEgon LLP provides corporate secretarial, statutory compliance, tax advisory, and legal documentation services. Engagement terms, professional fees, and deliverable scopes are defined strictly upon execution of formal client retainer agreements or professional service proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate, authentic, and timely information, financial records, KYC documents, and digital signatures necessary for executing MCA, RBI, Income Tax, or GST statutory filings.
