Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Professional Fee Refund Terms

Professional fees paid for retainers, advisory consultations, or document drafting are non-refundable once professional work, assignment scheduling, or drafting has commenced. If a service is cancelled prior to professional assignment, a pro-rata refund may be issued after deducting administrative gateway charges.

2. Government & Statutory Fees

Government filing fees, MCA portal fees, stamp duties, and third-party disbursements remitted to statutory authorities on behalf of clients are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance.
